We’ve streamlined the headshot experience to make it as simple, stress-free, and effective as possible—right at your location. Here’s how it works:

1. We Come to You

Our mobile studio setup brings everything to your location—backdrop, lighting, and camera gear. No need to travel or rearrange schedules. We make the experience easy and seamless for your team.

We just need a 10x10 open area.

3. Same-Day Gallery Delivery

After the session wraps, we organize and deliver an online gallery of all unedited images—the very same day. This gives your team the freedom to review and choose their favorites at their convenience.

Each person selects the images they'd like edited. The process is simple and intuitive, with easy instructions on how to "heart" images and send us their selections directly from the gallery.

2. On-Site Photo Session

We photograph each person with guided posing and live tethered capture to a laptop, so they can see their photos as we shoot. This allows for real-time feedback and confident results, right on the spot.

4. Professional Retouching & Delivery

Once selections are made, we professionally retouch each image to ensure a polished, natural look—removing blemishes, flyaways, and distractions. Final retouched files are delivered quickly in high-resolution, ready for use across all platforms.
